The ground floor consists of a hallway connected with a kitchenette and a bathroom. There are two folding chairs in the hall.

Two rooms are located on the first floor. South-facing room features a 160 x 200 double bed and a 80 x 190 fold-out bed. In the north-facing room are two 90 x 200 beds.

Separate entrance directly from the courtyard. Consists of an entrance hall, rooms, bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Room – double bed 160 x 200 cm, fold-out sofa, TV, dining table, fireplace, cupboard

Bathroom – toilet and shower.

Parking is secured next to the entrance.
